This blog is part of the Detroit Movie Palaces web site, which promotes the film programs of three Detroit-area movie theaters that are more than 75 years old—the Detroit Film Theatre; the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor; and the Redford Theatre in Detroit.
Visitors to this blog are encouraged to comment on the different entries. That will greatly help the mission of this web site—to build a community of interest in these three theaters, which show unique films that are not usually shown in first-run theaters.
